Guard-Systems Inc. Sees 100% Growth & Appoints Guillermo Amador To Take The Helm As Executive Vice President

guillermochatLos Angeles, CA – November 14, 2016 – After recruiting Guillermo Amador 3 years ago, Guard-Systems Inc. (GSI) has doubled in size. GSI recently promoted Mr. Amador to take the helm as their Executive Vice President which resulted in an additional $1,000,000 in annual contracts within a few months of the promotion.

Mr. Amador credits the commitment of GSI’s owner Ted Haas and President Krista Haas for his ability to be effective in his new role. “Ted and Krista have been extremely supportive of my vision. As an owner operated company, GSI has always had more flexibility than our competitors. I have been able to effectively convey this to our clients and the response has been overwhelming. Specifically, property management companies invest a lot of time and effort into creating an environment that caters to the specific needs of their tenants. Our flexibility allows us to work as an extension of their team to ensure their specific needs are met.”

Innovations which have contributed to GSI’s growth include:

  • Guard Training programs which are custom made for each client to ensure guards are well trained on the specific etiquette and protocols as they relate to each post.
  • The addition of a dedicated customer service manager whose job it is to ensure that clients’ expectations are exceeded.
  • Free comprehensive on-site security assessments to help address security concerns from increasing domestic and international threats.

About Guard Systems Inc.: Established in 1956 GSI has grown to become one of the largest owner operated contract security providers in the Southwest. GSI has built a reputation for delivering on its promises and enjoys the lowest guard turnover rate in the industry. GSI customizes security services to meet the specific needs of each customer and invests in customer support rather than bloated corporate bureaucracies. More information can be found at
